Shipping policy

Shipping & DeliveryIn-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days if item in-stock, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in El Monte, CA. You will be notified during the checkout process of any out of stock items and its expected receipt date. All orders will be issued a tracking number.

Backorder Policy

If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, your backorder will not be shipped to you until the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. You will be able to see expected receipt dates for backordered items, but these dates are subject to change. You will not be charged additional freight for backordered items that do not ship with your original order.

Shipping Address Options

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process.
